About Capture Settings in the App
Below you will find a brief explanation of different options you can enable via Menu -> Settings -> Capture Settings based on your needs and preferences:
- Mobile Data Photo Upload - This option allows the user to upload the project using cellucar data.
- 120 Panoramas - Beta - This option allows the user to capture 120-degree spins instead of standard 360-degree spins with the HERO Rotor. These spins cannot be added to the 3D Tour and they are being used for deriving HDR Photos.
- Theta Native HDR - This option enables faster image capturing with a native exposition for 360° Theta camera (opposite to 3 default expositions). You can find more info about about 3 exposure settings via this link.
- Background Theta Capture - a new feature for our clients who use our inspection solution and can be used with RICOH Theta camera only. It allows the user to continue using the app by filling in an inspection questionnaire while the spin is being captured.
- Use sensors for Handheld - if enabled accelerometer/motion sensors are utilized throughout handheld scan. If option is disabled camera sensors will be used during handheld scanning flow.
