How can I scan a project that has been assigned to me?
You can find projects that have been assigned to you under the Scans tab on the InsideMaps app home screen:
- Ensure you are connected to WiFi or Mobile data
- Open the InsideMaps App
- Tap on the Scan name to get started scanning (you can use the search bar, filters, or sort by to find your project more easily)

Troubleshooting
If you cannot find the project in the Scans tab you may follow these steps.
1. Ensure you are connected to the internet by attempting to open a web page.
2. Swipe down on the Scans page to refresh the list
3. Ensure you are logged into the correct account by clicking the Menu on the bottom navigation tab, then Profile to verify your account email.
4. If you still cannot find the project, force close and relaunch the app. Repeat the steps 1-2. 5. There's a possibility that the scan exists but it hasn't been assigned to you. Search through available scans that are waiting to be picked up by referring to this article. 6. If you are still not able to the scan, please contact the person responsible for precreating and administrating scans.
