Does InsideMaps support Android devices?
Unfortunately, our technology does not support Android devices at the moment.
You can use our application with iPhone + InsideMaps HERO Rotor or iPhone/iPad + Ricoh Theta V/Z1/X 360-degree camera.
We plan to start supporting Android devices shortly. However, because there is no standardization in camera technology with Android devices, support will be limited to specific models.
If you are not an Apple user and are still interested in trying the product, you can pick up a refurbished iPhone, which combined with the HERO is still a very affordable solution for creating panoramic tours, floor plans, HDR photography, and 3D models. We highly recommend the iPhone Pro or Pro Max models from the following series to further leverage LiDar technology in achieving precision and higher image quality: 12, 13, 14, 15.
