How can I change the package type of my project?

For projects with Paused status in the app:

1) Open the project in the app
2) Click on Edit

3) Select the desired package type and click on Save

For projects with Uploading or Processing status in the app:

If the package of the recently submitted project is not correct please contact support@insidemaps.com for assistance. Don't forget to mention the project name or address and desired package type in your package update request.

For projects with Completed status in the app (already processed projects):

1) Login to www.insidemaps.com

2) Open the project listing page

3) Click on Unlock Extra Content button

4) A new window will pop-up. Select the package and click on the Upgrade button

After you confirmed your action you will see the payment window where you can pay for a requested package type. You will receive an e-mail with the link to the project listing page once added services are available.

Note: It is not possible to downgrade the package for already completed projects
