How can I find my projects and scans?
InsideMaps offers a My Projects Dashboard where you can easily search and filter your scans.
Below, you'll find instructions on how to make the most of this tool.
1. Login to www.insidemaps.com and click on your profile at top right corner of the screen. Select My Projects.
2. Dashboard will open. Pick one of the search criteria below the search bar:
- Name
- Address (default)
- Scanner
- Id
3. Results will be shown in a table view.
4. If you're exploring across various organizations, you can refine your search results to focus on just one organization.
5. The list can be additionally refined by filtering based on project status:
- All (default)
- Ordered - InsideMaps received a scanning order (for clients which are using InsideMaps Order Tracking system)
- Assigned - scanner is assigned, scanning is yet to start or in progress
- Processing - scan is received on IM servers and work is in progress
- Finished Incomplete - scans are completed with areas missing to be scanned
- Finished - fully processed scans
