What are SmartTags and how to add them in the app?

What is a SmartTag?

SmarTags are used to collect and carry additional information about objects captured in a spin. Via Pano Preview you can tag specific objects and provide additional information (ie. condition, observation, close-up photos) that are considered to be relevant data points for your scan. This information will be included in a 3D Tour as a SmartTag anchored to the chosen object.

However, one condition has to be met: to add a SmarTag Pano Preview option must be enabled in the app.

How to add a SmartTag?

1. After you have scanned a spin in the room that contains a point of interest where a SmartTag should be added, tap on the spin (spins without the panorama cannot be used for adding SmartTags!)

2. Tap on the object of interest and click Add Asset 

3. You will be pushed to the screen to fill in details: Main Image, Specification Image, and Type. Fill in these fields and click Save

4. Once saved, your pano will show the tag you've added

 5. By tapping the tag, you will have the option to view and edit collected information

6. Once your project is processed, SmartTag will be available to view in 3D Tour and its minimap
