A full list of HERO supported iPhones can be found here.

The quality of captured images is defined by Capture Pattern and it be set and changed for each project individually:

2. Select Edit Project Details

3. Under Capture Pattern select the quality that meets your requirements and tap Done

Quality Capture - provides image of the highest quality. However capturing time per spin increases up to 20-25 seconds while taking up more storage on your phone.
Balanced Quality - this is our recommended configuration. It provides panoramas with great resolution and optimal file size for the best utilization of storage on your device. This option utilizes a wide camera lens.
Fast Capture - this option is supported only for iPhone 11 and newer modes. It utilizes ultra-wide camera lenses for capturing while reducing the average time per spin (up to 30 seconds per spin).
