My project was submitted over 24 hours ago, but it still has not finished, why?

If you have submitted a project that has not yet been completed, there could be several reasons for the delay. To ensure that your project is delivered on time, please keep the following in mind:
  1. Press "Finish Project" Button: After you have finished scanning the space, press the "Finish Project" button. This lets our system know that no new data is going to be coming in and uploading can begin.
  2. Ensure All Photos and Data Are Uploading: Make sure that all of the photos and project data are uploading. Keep the app open during uploading, as minimizing the app will pause uploading.
  3. Uploading Process Can Take Time: The uploading process can take several hours depending on the size of your project and the upload speed of your internet. To achieve the best results, follow the steps below:
    - Keep the InsideMaps app open in the foreground
    - Plug your phone into a charging source.
    - Connect to WiFi as uploading via mobile data uses more power. (Here's how to upload using a mobile data connection)
    - Keep your phone in a cool location outside of direct sunlight.
    - Disable your screen's auto-lock feature. (Here's how to adjust the iOS auto-lock setting)
  4. Wait for Processing: Once the uploading process has finished, your project will switch to a processing state in the app, and our system will begin processing.
  5. Check Your Email: If, after 24 hours (counted from the moment the project finished uploading and switched to a processing state), your project has not been finished, please check your email that was used to scan the project for any eventual issue notifications.
